Your roof is aging out. We'll replace it the right way, once.

Most Indiana roofs are replaced because they've simply worn out: curling shingles, granules in the gutters, a leak that keeps coming back. We tear off to the deck, fix what's underneath, and install an Owens Corning roof system with one written price up front. Roofing is all we do.

A straight answer, not a sales pitch.

We'll tell you if your roof has years left, needs a repair, or is ready to replace, with photos to back it up. If it isn't time, we'll say so.

Proof of every layer.

Shortcuts get covered up. We photograph the deck, underlayment and nailing before the shingles go on, and the photos are yours.

Storm damage? We know when to file a claim, and when not to.

Our founder is a former insurance claims adjuster who holds the CPCU and AIC insurance designations, so we know what qualifies and what doesn't. Filing too early, or for damage that won't clear your deductible, can go on your insurance history and cost you later. We inspect first and give you an honest read before you ever call your agent.

  • Does it meet the bar? We check whether the damage is likely to qualify under typical policy terms and exceed your deductible.
  • Documented like an adjuster would. Every hit marked, measured and photographed, slope by slope.
  • On the roof with your adjuster. We meet them on inspection day so nothing gets missed.
  • No pressure to file. If it's not worth a claim, we'll tell you, and quote the work straight.
